Returns

To return your Skype phone or cancel your order, please read the following terms

We operate a Back to Base returns policy. If you wish to return an item for any reason, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to services@BestPhones4Skype.co.uk, quoting your order reference number (eg PUP12345), the reason you wish to return the item and whether your require a replacement or a refund.
2. Our Customer Services will then email you with a Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
3. Please send the item back to us with the RMA number clearly written on the outer packaging to the following address:

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. This applies to all our products.

• To cancel a purchase before it has been dispatched, please send an email to services@BestPhones4Skype.co.uk quoting your Order Reference (eg PUP12345) and the reason for cancelling.
• If the goods have already been dispatched, please write 'Contract Cancellation' as the reason for return on the delivery note (which arrives with the goods). Package the item securely and send it to us along with the delivery note, so that we receive it within seven days of the date it was delivered to you.

For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of delivering and returning the goods back to us. We will refund the purchase price to you once we receive the item. Returned items must be received in good condition and in their original packaging.
